mixed feelings about the stay
breakfast disorganization lack of notification
the staff were helpful and tried to solve problems that arose.
the breakfast situation was disorganized. i arrived early, but they wanted a reservation, something i was not told at check-in. this caused stress before a departure.

spacious room clean bathroom limited breakfast strange offering
The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. I found the staff members very friendly, and they spoke English. They were able to send our luggage to our next hotel very smoothly!!!
The breakfast offered no toast, no jam, and no cheese in the omelette. There was no juice, only orange and pineapple fruit. I had to have what I was given, which wasn't nearly enough! The hotel should improve on these issues.

small room breakfast variety
the location was good because it was near the subway station.
the room size was small. i also had trouble with breakfast because it was repetitive and lacked variety. getting a simple request like extra milk required an additional charge, really.

roomy room comfortable room excellent location hard bed complex lighting street noise
the room was fabulous , roomy and very comfortable. it was also immaculate ! for us train travelers , the location was excellent. there is a train stop very close by.
the beds are too hard , i found. the lighting in our corner suite was ridiculously complex. i would not recommend a corner suite as street noise is loud , and the balcony is unusable.

I greatly appreciated the complimentary beverages and snacks provided. the location was fantastic. I easily walked to the food market. transport was convenient, close to the subway. the room cleaning was very good.
i found that breakfast was very repetitive each day.

the hotel is within walking distance of the imperial palace, the nijo castle, and the nishiki market. it is also located two minutes from the subway. the neighborhood seemed modern.

the staff contacted me within 30 minutes after i left money in the safe. the staff were friendly and accommodating!!! the staff were also polite. i was very grateful for the responsiveness.

The hotel location is close to a train station. Laundry facilities were available and helpful. Luggage delivery to my next hotel was offered. The staff were always friendly. THE room and bed were huge!
The shower room had a see through glass. This offered limited privacy.

The restaurant served a deliciously prepared Japanese breakfast. I am sure their American breakfast is wonderful too. We were so glad to have opted for the Japanese breakfast. Breakfast situation was good.

The room was spacious, VERY clean and functional. The public bath is clean. The rooms look very nice. The beds were comfortable in my room. There were ample shelves, hangers, and small cabinets.

The location had multiple convenient stores underneath it. A train station was very close to it and perfect for our trips. It is a new hotel in a convenient location, within walking distance to attractions. The hotel was quiet.

The staff at this location were gracious and attentive. The staff would walk guests out and arrange transportation. They helped us arrange luggage transport. The staff spoke good English. The staff was friendly.
